How to become an Instructor ?

  • Design, update, and maintain course materials (syllabi, lecture slides, lab manuals, etc.)
  • Ensure content aligns with industry standards and academic goals
  • Deliver lectures and/or conduct lab sessions on technical subjects
  • Explain concepts clearly using real-world examples and practical demonstrations
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students
  • Encourage participation and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Hold office hours or sessions for one-on-one help
  • Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, lab reports, and exams
  • Evaluate student performance and maintain records
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve student outcomes
  • Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Ensure lab safety protocols are followed
  • Assist students with troubleshooting and experimentation
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in education and technology
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, or pursue certifications
  • Work with fellow instructors and administrative staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum planning
