How to become an Instructor ?
Role: Instructor

Payment: Per-class basis
- Design, update, and maintain course materials (syllabi, lecture slides, lab manuals, etc.)
- Ensure content aligns with industry standards and academic goals
- Deliver lectures and/or conduct lab sessions on technical subjects
- Explain concepts clearly using real-world examples and practical demonstrations
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students
- Encourage participation and maintain a positive learning environment
- Hold office hours or sessions for one-on-one help
- Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, lab reports, and exams
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records
- Provide constructive feedback to improve student outcomes
- Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date
- Ensure lab safety protocols are followed
- Assist students with troubleshooting and experimentation
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education and technology
- Attend workshops, training sessions, or pursue certifications
- Work with fellow instructors and administrative staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum planning
