   • Class-01: Fundamental of Plant Electrical Maintenance, Power, Power Management, HT and LT Switch Gears, PFI, ATS, Bus Coupling, Change Over Switch, Circuit Breakers, Fuses, Sub-Station.
   • Class-02: Factory Load Calculation for Transformer & Generator Selection, Circuit Breaker Selection, Cable Selection, SLD and BNBC.
   • Class-03: Industrial Electrical Motors, Power Circuit, Controlling Circuits and Staters, VFD.
   • Class-04: PLC, DCS, SCADA, IoT, Sensors, Energy Management, Fault Finding and Troubleshooting.

2. Industrial Mechanical Engineering
   • Class-05: Fundamental of Plant Mechanical Maintenance, Valves, Classification and Uses, Pipe, Pipe’s Classification, Selection & Uses, Bearing & Classification, Maintenance of these.
   • Class-06: Color Code of Pipeline, Coupling, Gland Packing & Mechanical Seals, Welding & Fabrication,
   • Class-07: Pump and Pumping System, Gear & Pinions, Gearbox Operation & Maintenance,
   • Class-08: Boiler & Steam, Chiller & Cooling Tower, HVAC & Refrigeration System, Air Compressor & Dryer.

3. Industrial Maintenance Management
   • Class-09: Maintenance Classification and Application, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Energy Management, Project Management, Maintenance Management, Check Lists, SOPs & Documentation.
   • Class-10: Engineering Supply Chain, Spare parts Management, CLTI, RCA, AAR, KAIZEN, TPM and MOC.

4. Industrial Utility Management
   • Class-11: Sub-Station, Transformer, Generator, PCC, MCC, DB, SDB Operation & Maintenance.
   • Class-12: Air Compressor, Chiller & HVAC System Operation & Maintenance.
   • Class-13: WTP & Boiler Operation & Maintenance.

5. Industrial Safety Management
   • Class-14: Industrial Safety, Requirements, Hazard & Risk, PTW, Hot Work, Working at Height, LOTO.
   • Class-15: Machine Safety, Contractor Management, Incident Investigation, Safety Leadership.
   • Final & Review Class: Review the previous classes and asses for certification (If required).
